Sometimes speaking isn’t needed but listening is. We all have those days when you are in no mood to chat. And let me tell you, I much prefer sitting back and listening — especially at work. Speaking of work, there are meetings and then there are more meetings and they all differ. Sometimes you attend a meeting for collaborations purposes and sometimes you are there just to fill the boardroom table and take it all in. Whatever the case may be, we have the perfect feature for those of us who’d rather be all ears. It’s called Radio!
Here is how it works → Instead of inviting a bunch of people into a tiny room with uncomfortable, swirling chairs that never sit right — participants simply stream the meeting (from the comfort of their cubicle) directly from the hosts Meeting Wall. Raise your hand high if that sounds like the best meeting plan, ever!
Now you want to know how hard it is to set up, right? Honestly, it’s easy to use and takes just a few minutes to enable. Let me walk you through it, step by step.
- Log in to your FreeConferenceCall account
- Click on your Meeting Wall
- Select Wall Preferences from the drop-down menu in the top right corner
- Turn Radio On and save your changes
- Copy the Meeting Wall URL and email the link to meeting participants
**At the time of the call, invited listeners simply click on the wall link, turn Radio On and then audio streaming begins
Additionally, it can broadcast sporting events, religious gatherings, yoga classes and so much more. Besides it being totally free and included in every account, the radio feature allows access for thousands of listeners with a simply URL click. For more detailed instructions on how to use Radio, please visit our instructions page found under the Features section.
