Additionally, she will continue to manage the corporate finance and planning departments.
Bryan Petersen, the former Director of Network Operations, responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of all network and technology infrastructure, now reports to Chief Technology Officer Eugene Tcipnjatov. In his new position, Petersen will continue to oversee network operations in addition to maintaining carrier relationships, strategic network planning and manage network fraud detection and prevention.
