FreeConferenceCall.com Named the Most Recognized Provider of No-Cost Audio Conferencing Services in the World

A new Wainhouse Research study reveals quality of no-cost audio conference call services ranked better or on par with more expensive solutions by the majority of IT decision makers and conference call users. The conferencing market’s growth trajectory is expected to reach more than 300 billion minutes by 2019: As the industry experiences such growth, the free services market is disrupting the market as a corporate solution.

Long Beach, CA (PRWEB) May 07, 2015

Wainhouse Research recently released a report showcasing the rise of end user influence on IT decision makers, leading a trend of organizations to choose high-quality no-cost conference calling providers such as FreeConferenceCall.com For Business as an alternative to more expensive “toll-free” conferencing services.

FreeConferenceCall.com, the most recognized no-cost conferencing brand and provider of HD audio conferencing and collaboration services, recently launched its new enterprise solution, FreeConferenceCall.com For Business.. The company currently delivers its services to more than 800,000 business customers, worldwide, including users from nearly all Fortune 500 companies.

The Wainhouse survey of more than 200 IT decision makers and conferencing users at organizations with more than 250 employees reveals that end users now have almost as much influence as corporate IT in terms of product decision-making.

Key survey findings also include:

More than 90 percent of respondents said the quality of free service is equal or better than paid.

83% of IT decision makers are re-evaluating new conferencing services at least every two years.

99% of ITDMs said they would switch (51%) or consider switching (48% to a no-cost service) "if the cost savings was at least 50% less than their current provider.”

Studies show that more than $3 billion is currently being spent annually on toll-free audio conferencing. FreeConferenceCall.com can save companies up to 75% and provides a calculator for businesses to evaluate their current audio conferencing spend and discover potential savings.

Wainhouse Research ranked the top five audio conferencing providers worldwide by minute volume. FreeConferenceCall.com is listed as the fourth largest provider in the world, carrying more minutes than Verizon. The demand for services is growing dramatically. According to a recent report from Telecom Reseller, FreeConferenceCall.com For Business is “disrupting the status quo” with its innovative approach to capturing the corporate market.

In a recent interview with Forbes, FreeConferenceCall.com Founder David Erickson said FreeConferenceCall.com For Business is offering “a way for companies to give thousands of their employees a conference bridge for each person with a cloud-based system that’s completely under their control.”

“Where there is an urgent need with a strong personal and organizational benefit, users will get services wherever they can,” said Mark Beattie, senior analyst and partner at Wainhouse Research. “The question for IT decision makers is whether they leave this rogue use on its own, or harmonize it into their standard and supported portfolio of corporate services.”

IT decision makers are experiencing a wave of social collaboration that is increasing the need for on-demand conference services. Security is the top concern of IT decision makers for 2015 followed by cost, mobility and quality, according to the survey.

These same attributes are the driving force behind FreeConferenceCall.com For Business, which launched earlier this year to address enterprise demand for unifying communications, web conferencing and affordable collaboration services.

“Our customers are leading a dramatic shift in the enterprise market away from higher cost ‘toll-free’ conference calling plans to equally reliable, secure and high-quality services,” said Bob Wise, President of FreeConferenceCall.com. “Now that almost every organization and consumer has bundled toll calling, it no longer makes financial sense to pay so much for toll-free conference calling.”
