Job Description

We are looking for a data driven, out-of-the-box thinker who can lead our strategic initiatives to drive brand awareness and conversion, client acquisition and inbound traffic. The ideal candidate will be a proven marketing leader who deeply understands the requirements to effectively scale and build a mission-driven profitable company. The role requires strong expertise in Marketing, Analytics, Social Media, and someone with experience working in a start-up culture as well as a large global organization. This leader will integrate the founders vision and strategies into the marketing agenda, be driven to continuously improve performance, all the while not shying away from rolling up their sleeves and leading team.


  • Craft and communicate a Marketing Department roadmap (and associated Objectives & Key Results) that will raise awareness, increase business in a cost-effective manner
  • Work closely with the product and sales teams, create go-to-market strategies and prepare clear meaningful marketing materials that generate "looks" and "awareness" through outreach and coordination with the appropriate medias
  • Head of content creation, including everything from website copy to collateral to ads to videos to white papers and beyond
  • Deploy a data-centric approach to gathering customer insight and use this data to evolve the digital strategy and results
  • Drive the development of best-in-class lead enablement resources and tools aimed at lead conversion
  • Improve the quality of our marketing automation, email campaigns, and CRM systems
  • Develop and implement a strategic communications plan to advance brand identity; broaden awareness of our products; and increase the visibility of our products
  • Devise public relations strategies that will allow company to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences, including the media and key influencers
  • Report on all initiatives performance with a focus on ROI and revenue growth
  • Ensure all events are executed timely, with the correct branding and on budget


  • Demonstrated experience managing successful B2C demand generation and marketing programs with a history of growth to the bottom line
  • Prior experience in a service-oriented product enterprise
  • Proven ability to lead teams and generate results
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and designing marketing metrics to determine overall marketing effectiveness
  • Strong communication, analytical and project management skills,
  • Familiarity driving marketing through social media channels, tools, products, and platforms
  • Experience leading/co-leading lead generation, passive leads generated through search engine discovery, inbound interest via content active outreach – trade show/follow up
  • Expertise developing, delivering, and measuring online and email marketing campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile growth environment where you will get your hands into the details
  • Minimum 10 years marketing leadership experience
  • BS degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field


  • We are looking for a candidate to work out of our Corporate Office located in Long Beach, CA - no remote candidates.
