Looking Ahead to the New Year: 2012 is Calling

We are always finding ways to improve our services and offer high quality communication tools to our customers and 2012 is no different. In the coming year we are planning on releasing new services, adding new features to our existing products, and creating additional mobile and tablet apps for our customers that are always on the go. We will also be taking part in many events such as the annual Children Today 5k/10k race to help homeless children in Long Beach, a multitude of trade shows to continuously connect with our customers and our employee potlucks that take place during the many holidays around the year. During the month of October, we were excited to celebrate our 10 year anniversary! We invited our customers to call into our 10 Year Hotline to share the most creative ways that they have utilized our services. We would like to thank each and every one of you for participating in our celebration!

After reviewing over 400 messages to the hotline, we have selected our iPad winner. First, I record an outgoing hotline message 6 days a week with 5 other colleagues this is for training, inspiration, daily focus & challenges. I also hold conference calls, record, and download the recording playback to post onto my website. The SimpleVoiceCenter allows me to have a menu of different messages pre-recorded for training, so it saves me time having to repeat the same information over and over again. The SimpleBlast is a quick and simple way to get information out to a group of people at the same time, in my voice.
  3. How do you use SimpleVoiceBox outside of your business? I have used it to help plan my 15 year high school reunion & other events. I also plan on using it to coordinate bridal parties I am part of for upcoming weddings in 2012.

Archive your Conference Recording with SimpleVoiceCenter

SimpleVoiceCenter.com is a great way to save all your conference recordings in one, easy to access, location. It's a complete voice messaging system with an unlimited number of voicemail boxes each with their own greeting and message taking capability all tied to a single account. The main voicemail greeting box is used to introduce the customer to the voice messaging system by informing them on how they can find and listen to the recording or messages in your voice center account. Follow these instructions on how to upload a recording to your SimpleVoiceCenter.

  1. Record and save your conference call as a .Wav or .MP3 File
  2. Login to your SimpleVoiceCenter account
  3. Click on the VoiceBoxes tab, locate and click on the add VoiceBox button on the bottom of the page. Follow the prompts
  4. Click on the messages tab and click on 'View' next to the newly created VoiceBox extension
  5. Click 'Add Greeting' and browse for the file to upload the file to the VoiceBox extension
