Hi there, I’m Vania, and I am a web designer at FreeConferenceCall.com. I have been with the company with almost a year now, and I have loved every second so far. As the designer on the product team, I help to maintain and refresh the user interface for many of our products. Since we have multiple websites and mobile applications, there is definitely something new to work on daily.

The right free webinar software can build brand awareness, engage the audience with content or deliver stellar lead generation. Better yet, a successful webinar can do all of the above. So when planning to host a webinar, says Forbes contributor Dave Hendricks, it’s critical that the basics — content, platform and marketing — are covered. With that in mind, below are a few steps to help you set up, plan and present your next webinar.
Content is where the magic happens
To make the grade, content must be well written, rigorously researched, visually compelling, carefully timed and targeted. Keep in mind that unless the webinar’s aim is to reach a top-of-funnel audience, targeting is key. So, if a prospective audience is comprised of multiple demographics, consider starting with just one.

More than ever before, education is evolving and rapidly expanding. As technology-based communication and collaboration tools have improved, they have increasingly become integrated into classrooms and around campus. But there are still opportunities for growth. From the perspective of a college student, I would argue that colleges and universities would benefit from using video conferencing for education in more innovative ways — to take education far beyond the classroom walls.

I have been with FreeConferenceCall.com going on 11 years. I started off in Sales, but always knew my passion was Customer Care. Today, I have over 20 years of customer service experience — and I still love interacting with customers. I get a lot of satisfaction knowing that a customer has a good experience with me and has become more comfortable using their account. I never mind taking the time to help a customer learn about the service they registered for. As a senior rep, I understand how customers feel. I am truly a senior, so I didn’t really grow up with computers and apps. So I can sympathize with a lot of callers my age.
