Hi! I sent a longer note to your support site about a poignant event involving your service a few years ago. I did not see your anniversary e-mail, but wanted to write anyway to share this message. Congrats on your 10 years! The event involved my blind Mom and Dad (in their mid to late 80''s) in Montana and a conference call (their first ever) that I set up at the last moment to continue the 3-yr process that we had started to get my Dad some VA relief for the tremendous lifetime of PTSD that he had suffered from because of WWII and the horrendous malaria that he came back with. The call was a big success! My Dad finally got some relief and was able to let go of a lifetime of rage at the VA and one particular war horror memory, all because he got heard and valued at a deep level, finally. Because of it, he passed in peace, in his sleep, at home, a couple years ago. Thanks again!
