What is the difference between my main extension number and the sub-boxes? 
When you sign up you are provided with a main extension number. After you log on to your voice center account you will be able to add sub-boxes to that extension. Your main greeting should be used to inform your callers where to find the additional information that they are interested in. Such as, press 1 for new product information, press 2 for our latest training conference call, etc.

What are the costs involved in SimpleVoiceCenter? 
For the free service only normal long distance charges by each caller's carrier apply.
For the pay service it is 6 cents per minute per person.

How long can I record for? 
Each outgoing greeting and incoming message can be virtually unlimited in length.

How many messages can my SimpleVoiceCenter™ hold? 
You can have virtually unlimited number of messages on the system at the same time.

How many sub-boxes can I have tied to my Voice Center account? 
You can have virtually unlimited number of sub-boxes with this account.

How long can I store my messages? 
You can leave your messages on as long as you like.

How can I manage my SimpleVoiceCenter™ using the web? 
Hit the login button and enter your extension and password. From here you can edit your account information, access your messages and your greeting.

Is this a "Free Trial" or limited time offer? 
No, we intend on offering this service on a continual basis.

I forgot my password? 
On the login page you can hit the "I forgot my password link" The system will email you the password.

How do I turn the email notification on or off? 
Just login into the administration area and go to Account Information. From here you will see a checkbox allowing you to turn this feature on or off.

What is the "record your name" for? 
If you have not yet recorded an outgoing message, the system will use your name to announce when callers call in.

What kind of audio files can I upload or download to my PC? 
The greeting can be either .WAV or .MP3. When you download a file it will be in a .WAV format.

Can I have more than one account? 
Yes, we only ask that you use them.
