What is SimpleTollFree™? 
SimpleTollFree is a telephone conferencing service utilizing a toll-free conference dial in number.

What are the costs involved in a SimpleTollFree™ account? 
You will be charged 6 cents per minute per person based upon the total minutes of all the incoming calls for your conference calls.

How will I be billed? 
At the end of the conference call our system will create a Call Detail Report which lists all the conference call participants and the total minutes that they remained in the conference call. This will be emailed to you and your credit card will be billed automatically for the total minutes used in the conference call.

Is there a limit on how many conference calls I can make? 
No, you may make an unlimited number of calls and have an unlimited number of accounts if you feel it necessary.

How many callers can be in a single conference call? 
250 caller maximum in each conference with no required minimum number.

Is there a limit on the length of a SimpleTollFree™ conference call? 
6 hours per conference call, but there is no limit on how many hours you conference each month.

Can I record my conference calls ? 
Yes, you can record your conference calls. Recording instructions are provided upon registration or under the Instructions link listed above.

Please note: Our system holds one recording at a time. Every time the recording feature is activated it overrides any previously recorded conference call. To keep your previously recorded conference call login to your account and download the file to your PC before your next conference call.

How do I access my recorded conference calls? 
You may access your recorded conference call by logging into your account after your conference call is complete and download the file to your PC. You may also use the playback number provided upon registration to listen to the recorded call via telephone.

Are you going to sell my email information? 
No. We will send you an occasional email with information about the web site, the services being offered and changes that are made to the network. (See privacy policy at bottom of this page)

Can I use a calling card to call the bridge? 
Yes. You may also use 10-10-### services to connect at favorable rates.

Can international callers participate? 
Yes, long distance rates will apply.

Is this a VoIP service or an Internet service using my computer? 
No, this is a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) conferencing service that utilizes your regular telephone.

How do I get a SimpleTollFree™ conferencing account? 
Fill out the registration page. You will need a valid credit card. When finished, the system will provide you with a dedicated toll-free (800) phone number, passcode, Subscriber PIN code and instructions on how to use the service. A confirmation will also be sent to the email provided upon registration.

How do I setup a conference call? 
Notify your participants of the date and time for your conference call. Provide them with the conference dial-in number and participant access code. At the scheduled time of the conference call, everyone dials in and once connected the conference call begins.

Do I need to reserve a time for the conference call? 
No, there are no reservations required for this service. This conferencing service is available to you 24/7.

What do I give to my conference call participants? 
Have them call the toll-free number and then enter the passcode followed by the # key at the scheduled time for your conference call.
