FreeConferenceCall.com Introduces Automatic Archiving Feature
By customer request, Free Conferencing Corporation enhances marquee offering
LONG BEACH, Calif. – July 9, 2010 –
FreeConferenceCall.com, today announces the addition of the Archive Recordings Feature to its award-winning FreeConferenceCall.com service. Developed at the request of existing customers, the Archive Recordings Feature will enable FreeConferenceCall.com users to save multiple recordings of past conference calls and then access those recordings at another time. The process for accessing and sharing past conference calls is intuitive and simple, having been developed with ease of use in mind.
The easy to use Archive Recordings Feature automatically archives recorded calls. “This automatic archiving feature is exactly what we asked for,” said Connie Kittson, National Sales Director for a direct selling company. “This will save our Sales Directors precious time in easily sharing the call either through an email link, online podcast, posting on our Unit web site, Facebook, Twitter or through the playback number. And it’s simple for our Consultants to access the recorded call many different ways.”
Users of the New Feature can access archived calls via the web or telephone simply by entering the call’s specific reference number. Through the online portal, FreeConferenceCall.com customers will be able to sort and organize past recordings, download the audio files in MP3 or .wav formats, and even password protect recorded calls thereby designating them private.
“Our customers asked us specifically for the Archive Recordings Feature. Recognizing the significance of such a tool, we set out to develop the best, easiest to use Archiving System,” said David Erickson, president and CEO of FreeConferenceCall.com. “Many of our best ideas arise out of the requests of our valued customers. We hope we are showing our appreciation by listening to them and trying to accommodate their needs.”
