Invite Anyone to Join a Conference Anytime

You can now send out invitations to your conference call directly from your FreeConferenceCall account area.  Here is how to use this feature.

  1. Login into your FreeConferenceCall account.  The login button is in the upper right corner.
  2. Hit the Invitations button
  3. Fill in the text fields and the email addresses and hit the Invite button.

Here is some additional information that will help you with this feature.

  1. All the fields except the Email Addresses are just text fields.  This means that you can type what you would like and that the Start and Duration fields will not limit you in how you use our conference services.  It is purely informational for your participants.  Remember that this service is reservationless and can be used at anytime.
  2. The Email Addresses must be real email addresses and must be separated by a , and nothing else.  Extra spaces or other separators will not work.
  3. The Invite Privacy check box will allow you to send the invites as a Blind Copy of you desire.
